Position Overview
Join our small but dynamic team! We're seeking an all-round paralegal with a professional demeanor and a profound interest in this niche market. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting various legal and management functions, ensuring compliance, assisting in contract management as well as overall administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing regulatory and overall legal obligations, ensuring compliance with pertinent laws, regulations and litigations.
- Assist the legal and management department in shaping the company’s strategic vision, including but not restricted to regulatory matters.
- Assist the legal and management department in cultivating relationships with regulators, personnel and critical stakeholders, adeptly developing networks and promoting the company’s interests.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on topics such as cryptocurrency regulations, financial laws, and trading practices.
- Support compliance efforts by monitoring regulatory developments and maintaining accurate records, with a specific focus on AML/KYC/GDPR.
- Manage legal documentation, including organizing and maintaining contract databases and corporate records.
- Assist in resolving legal issues and disputes, including coordinating with external counsel.
- Work in tandem with various internal teams, supporting the expansion of services and bridging regulatory and commercial realms, all while ensuring legal soundness throughout.
Requirements
- (Professional or academic) Bachelor's degree in Law or any related field.
- Experience as a paralegal in a corporate legal environment is not a must, but is a plus.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations, financial laws, and compliance frameworks, with a specific emphasis on AML/KYC/GDPR, is preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Dutch and English.
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Kom ons backoffice team versterken als administratief medewerker! De belangrijkste taak van een administratief medewerker, is zorgen dat alles vlot verloopt binnen ons bedrijf. Als administratief medewerker ben jij voornamelijk mede verantwoordelijk voor de algemene administratie en het vlot functioneren van het bedrijf.
Verantwoordelijkheden
De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie zijn erg breed. Je speelt in op de noden van het bedrijf, waardoor het takenpakket steeds kan veranderen. Enkele taken die we je al zeker kunnen meegeven:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van ons kantoor in Berchem, waar ons Belgisch development dagelijks samenwerkt
- Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie. Je verstuurt en betaalt facturen en volgt betalingen op.
- Je neemt enkele HR taken op. Je staat in nauw contact met ons sociaal secretariaat en zorgt mee voor de verwerking van de lonen.
- Je verwerkt contracten en ondersteunt ons internationaal sales team.
- Je verwerkt al onze uitgaven, inkomsten, klantgegevens en andere informatie nauwkeurig in ons systeem.
Vereisten
- Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
- Je bent goed in het opvolgen van zaken en het aanhouden van deadlines
- Je bent communicatief en vlot in het samenwerken met anderen
- Je bezit minstens basiskennis van Google applicaties: Google Sheet/Docs/….
