• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry
• Experience with spot and derivatives capital markets
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness and curiosity to understand blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provision

We are seeking an Execution Trader to support our clients to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about the cryptocurrency market and eager to make a significant impact. In this role, you will oversee algorithms to maintain healthy markets, provide daily PNL updates, and offer input to our quantitative development team to enhance and optimize current algorithms.

• Adjust trading algorithm parameters as needed.
• Manually intervene in trading algorithms when necessary.
• Communicate proactively, timely, and professionally with assigned clients.
• Support the algorithmic development team in building or structuring new trading algorithms.
• Report and monitor inventory balances and provide daily PNL updates.

• Highly organized and data-driven individual.

Role: Content Manager

Reports To: Marketing Manager

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with business goals and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely content delivery.
• Identify seasonal and industry-specific trends through content and SEO analytics to guide content planning.
• Strategize, plan, and execute social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Report on KPIs, including traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with designer, trading team, to create high-quality content tailored to the crypto and web3 audience.
• Stay informed about crypto trends, news, and regulatory developments to create timely and relevant content.

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
