- Optimize exchange connectivity and infrastructure to achieve maximum reliability and minimal latency.
- Design and implement monitoring and analytics frameworks to track trading performance, system health, and uptime across global markets.
- Continuously refine and improve systems to stay ahead of rapidly evolving market conditions.
- Push the limits of performance, latency, and integration, helping us maintain a clear technological and executional edge.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence, where precision, speed, and reliability define success.
Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative field (computer science, engineering, mathematics or similar)
- Strong programming skills, knowledgeable about low-level programming concepts
- Experience (professional or through personal projects) building or contributing to complex or high-performance systems in a language like C++, Rust, Java or similar
- Python and SQL knowledge are a plus
- Interest in financial markets and/or crypto is a plus
Qualifications
- You’re driven by performance and real tangible results

- Drive performance tuning across CPU scheduling, memory allocation, interrupt handling, cache locality and network stack configuration.
- Implement and maintain kernel-bypass networking technologies including DPDK, OpenOnload, RDMA and hardware offload solutions where appropriate.
- Analyse packet paths and application behaviour to minimise jitter and latency.
- Develop performance benchmarking frameworks and latency measurement tooling.
- Work directly with network hardware, NIC firmware, CPU power management and server platform optimisation.
- Build observability systems focused on microsecond-level latency analysis and production performance monitoring.
- Evaluate new hardware and networking technologies.
